SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE
- 7:45 - 8:00 AM
EARLY drop off | Students proceed directly to classrooms - 8:15 AM
K – 3 Opening ceremonies (field in front of the courtyard) - 8:30 – 11:45 AM
K – 3 Events (snacks provided) - LUNCH
Full Day K – 5 Pizza lunch may be provided. An email will be sent from your classroom teacher indicating the lunch plan.
6 – 8 Pizza lunch provided. - 12:00 PM
4 – 7 Opening ceremonies (field in front of the courtyard)
All half-day kindergarten classes will be dismissed - 12:15 – 3:15 PM
4 – 7 Events (snacks provided) - 3:30 PM

We have a VERY tight schedule. Please note the early drop-off and extended day for a later pick-up!

Forms must be completed by Friday, May 17th!
IMPORTANT FIELD DAY INFORMATION
- Students must wear closed-toed shoes to participate in all events.
- Ninja Nation release must be completed by Friday, May 17th. If we do not have a completed release for your student, he/she will not be able to participate in the Ninja Nation course.
- Please pay any outstanding student fees (if you did NOT pay your fees at the beginning of the year) for your student to participate.
- Field day is a non-uniform school day. Students will be wearing ‘themed’ t-shirts (provided the morning of field day) and can wear shorts or athletic attire that meets our normal ‘dress of choice’ guidelines. Teachers will provide additional information regarding t-shirts.
- K - 3 Bring a change of clothes and shoes. We have 'wet' events and students won't want to sit in wet clothes/shoes all day.
- Students are NOT permitted to leave field day early for any reason other than an emergency.
- Make sure that your student(s) have a water bottle.
- Please apply sunscreen to your child(ren) prior to coming to school on field day.
